The following tables show the percentage of full-time, first year students by average range and program, Fall 2022. Averages are based on final grades for Grade 12 university destination courses.

Note:
1. The Percent of Registrants that attended an Ontario Secondary School in the previous year includes November 1 registrants as reported by the universities to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) through PFIS-USER (and provided to the OUAC by MCU) with an OUAC Reference Number.
2. The Percent of Registrants that attended an Ontario Secondary School in the previous year includes fall, full-time, first-year registrants that applied in the previous year through the OUAC as an Ontario high school (101) student.
3. The Basis of Admission/ADJUD (Element 340 in the OUAC Systems Manual) is the institution of highest level of education attained by the applicant. This determination is based on the educational experiences disclosed by the applicant on their application.
4. The Percent of Registrants that attended an Ontario Secondary School in the previous year includes registrants with a Basis of Admission/ADJUD equal to 109, 110, 111.
5. To determine the percent of registrants by grade band and academic group: (1) final grades for grade 12 courses from any year (4M, 4U, 47, 48, DM, DU, D7 or D8 in the 4th and 5th positions) are sorted from highest to lowest; (2) the courses with the highest grades that tally to 6 credits are used to calculate an average; (3) the average is rounded to 2 digits (no decimals); (4) the number of registrants with a 2 digit average are grouped by grade band and academic group; and (5) the percent of registrants is calculated by dividing the number of registrants in each grade band and academic group by the number of registrants for that academic group.
6. To determine the overall average for an academic group and the total overall average: (1) final grades for grade 12 courses from any year (4M, 4U, 47, 48, DM, DU, D7 or D8 in the 4th and 5th positions) are sorted from highest to lowest; (2) the courses with the highest grades that tally to 6 credits are used to calculate an average; (3) the average is rounded to 2 digits (no decimals); and (4) the overall average for an academic group and the total overall average was calculated using the 2 digit average.
7. The following second entry OUAC Program Codes are excluded: GV, TDE, TN, TRN, TRS, TRT, WB, WCP, WPH, WSW.
